Winnipeg Cultural Map

Select a Category (such as Art Gallery/Centre or Museum) from the left menu or on the map to access a list of local organizations within the selected category.

You can also view local organizations in map mode by selecting Map in the upper right hand corner. Click on List in the upper right hand corner to return to the list mode.

For more information on an organization click on a box in map mode or select “more information” in the list mode. [note: more information is available if provided by the organization]

Map mode

Once you have selected a category, the “+” or “–” boxes on the right side of the map allow you to zoom in and out of the map. The arrows allow you to navigate north, south, west and east. You can also click on the map and drag your mouse to move the map.

In map mode, roll cursor over boxes to identify the name and location of organizations within a category.

Search

To get the information and location of a specific organization you can also type the name in the Search box on the bottom left side. The search mode will provide results. The option for “more information” will locate your selection on the map and provide more information.

Printing

To print information select either print list or print information located on the bottom right of a listing. Currently, the map is not printable.

Listing Your Organization

If you are listed on the map and would like to change any of the information provided or if you would like to add your organization to the map please send an email to info@winnipegarts.ca.
